You're in full control of your data. Here's how to delete it.

All your Quit It data is stored locally on your device. No personal data is stored on our servers. Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to delete your personal data at any time.

How to Delete All Data

Option 1: Uninstall the App

The simplest way to delete all data is to uninstall Quit It from your device. This removes all locally stored data permanently.

Option 2: Clear App Data (Android)

  1. Open your device Settings
  2. Go to Apps or Application Manager
  3. Find and tap Quit It
  4. Tap Storage
  5. Tap Clear Data and confirm

Option 3: Clear App Data (iOS)

  1. Open your device Settings
  2. Go to General → iPhone Storage
  3. Find and tap Quit It
  4. Tap Delete App to remove the app and all data
  5. Reinstall from the App Store for a fresh start

⚠️ Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Your streak, journal entries, achievements, and all progress will be lost.

Your Data Rights

Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control at all times. If you believe your data rights have been breached, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
